Schedule 1 is an open-world drug empire simulator set in the grim urban sprawl of Hyland Point. Players start as a lone dealer with no inventory and no contacts, tasked with building an operation from scratch. The city offers a mix of opportunity and risk, where each decision—what to produce, who to trust, and how to expand—shapes how the empire grows. The player navigates supply lines, customer demand, and territory control while managing growing pressure from both law enforcement and rival cartels.

Production, Movement, and Territory

The gameplay is split between crafting and street-level action. Each drug has a specific process, requiring ingredients, time, and tools to create. Players can discover rare combinations that unlock new variants with different effects. Once produced, the product must be moved. Players can deliver it directly or hire dealers for faster, broader distribution. Movement across the city is flexible—walk through alleys, skate between drop points, or use vehicles to outrun trouble. As the empire expands, managing time and efficiency becomes critical.

Scale Up or Get Shut Down

With success comes risk. The police increase patrols, raids become more frequent, and enemies look for weak points in your operation. Players can fight using melee weapons or guns, or avoid detection through careful planning. Buying properties unlocks new production slots and storage options. Hiring staff adds automation and frees up time for strategic moves. Co-op multiplayer adds a shared control model, where players can divide tasks, defend each other’s operations, and grow faster together. Schedule 1 demands constant movement, adaptation, and control to survive in a system designed to collapse under pressure.
